A bank approved a loan for my client subject to a feasibility study to confirm the need for the new center.
My client had management experience, good credit, and a reasonable down payment but didn’t have any hard data to support the proposed project. He knew it should be successful but couldn’t meet the bank’s requirement.
I prepared a feasibility study using data from a variety of sources and documented why this location should be successful along with a spreadsheet of projections showing likely revenue and expenses by category. The bank was satisfied with the study and funded the loan.
