A bank approved a loan for my client but wanted a feasibility study to confirm the need for the new center.
My client had management experience, good credit, and a reasonable down payment but didn’t have any hard data to support the proposed project. He knew it should be successful but couldn’t meet the bank’s requirement.
I prepared a feasibility study using data from the Sporting Goods Manufacturers’ Association data, the BPAA Benchmark Study, a commercially available demographic report, and other data on the market and on the bowling industry. The bank was satisfied with the study and funded the loan.
